My experience with Ray White Ashfield for over 13 years (were previously Brough & Taylor) was amazing, helpful and professional. Back in 2010 I was renting unit on Liverpool Rd, Ashfield and Andrew was looking after that unit. He assisted with all paperwork and getting me unit on Liverpool Road. Every time I go to office before on Hercules Street, Ashfield firstly warm welcome and greeted by Santina and then Andrew with smile anything about the unit to fix and it was fixed in few hours or a day. Then I moved out from Ashfield to Auburn in mid 2016 to mid 2017. Then came back again to leave in Ashfield in 2017. Again I approached Ray White and I was assisted by Dean. Matthew is very professional and friendly. I was looking to lease 2 bed room unit in Ashfield and just in few days property was on lease in market and with assistance offered by Matthew to rent the unit was successful. All the staff at Ray and White are honest, reliable, friendly.

My property manager was straight forward from the beginning during inspection, application and post. If you don’t get approved for a property, they refer you to other listings they have and they suit it around your needs. Maintenance? Not a problem, you get any maintenance done as soon as possible thanks to the lovely property managers who go above and beyond for their tenants. They even referred us to a wide range of energy and internet providers to have it set up with ease. I am happy and feel blessed that Raywhite oversees all of this without stress or struggle.
